Connecting with other families and building community is an important part of the early years. We offer and support a variety of play-based opportunities:

Silver Creek Playgroup

Every Thursday, a welcoming space to play and connect.

Traveling Tots

Every Tuesday, a fun and engaging playgroup with outdoor and indoor activities.

Motoring Munchkins

Mondays/Wednesdays from September to June. Funded by us and hosted through Salmon Arm Recreation for active little ones.

Our annual Halloween celebration each October.

Make-and-Take Programs

Holiday crafts and activities every December.

Pop-Up Yoga and Craft Groups

Sessions throughout the year to keep your little ones moving, grooving and crafting.

Story Time in the Park

A summer collaboration with Okanagan Regional Library, perfect for a sunny morning with your toddler.

Come and join us at our FREE community playgroups!

Our playgroups are a fun and relaxed way for families with children ages 0–6 to connect, play, and build friendships. Everyone is welcome—just drop in!

What to expect:

No registration needed
Come and go when it works for you and your little one
For children ages 0–6 and their parents or guardians
Play, explore, and make new friends in a safe and welcoming space

We care about keeping families healthy.

If you or your child are feeling sick, please stay home and rejoin us once everyone has been symptom-free for 24 hours.  Thank you for helping keep our playgroups safe for all!
