Our Beliefs

Early childhood is the most important period of a child’s development.

Families know their children best. Our services and supports are provided to the families as well as the children and youth.

It is the right of all children, youth, and their families, whatever their diversity, to take part in and live in communities that welcome, respect, encourage, and support them.

All children and youth have the right to grow up in a safe, loving environment with access to a full range of social, educational and community experiences that contribute to their fullest potential.
