Our Purpose:

Shuswap Children’s Association supports all children, youth, and their families through the provision of safe, inclusive, and welcoming programs and services focused on meeting the needs of our community.

Our Beliefs:

• Early childhood is the most important period of a child’s development.
• All children and youth have the right to grow up in a safe, loving environment with access to a full range of social, educational and community experiences that contribute to their fullest potential.
• Families know their children best.  Our services and supports are provided to the families as well as the children and youth.
• It is the right of all children, youth, and their families, whatever their diversity, to take part in and live in communities that welcome, respect, encourage, and support them.
